Having spent a lot of time and money at the North Park location, I was excited when this location opened a few years ago. I wanted to run in and get a candle. I arrived about 7:45 p.m., maybe 7:50. There was a woman holding the door open when I arrived. She said they close at 8:00 p.m. I was taken aback, and said, oh I thought you closed at 9 (which are the hours for the mall, but not this location apparently). Great stuff. My go to for anything but the customer service there isn’t ideal. I had a gift return that i did not have a receipt for and after trying a few numbers that could’ve been used it wasn’t found so all the cashier said was “sorry i can’t find it so we can’t do anything”. i explained it was from a family member that more than likely wouldn’t have used a number and she didn’t care. So great product don’t recommend the people 🙂
I had such a great experience at the Fort Worth Anthropologie today! I showed up a little too early for my pickup order, but the staff didn’t hesitate—they quickly pulled my item and let me grab it ahead of schedule. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. And for the record, the HEDY TREE TOPPER is absolutely gorgeous. ✨ Thank you for making the process so easy and pleasant!
