I had an exceptional experience at this location. I love Anthro but the people who work here make this one really special. I came late one night desperate for an outfit for an event I had the next day. Maria the manager went above and beyond to help me, and Nicole worked diligently to style me. I felt like I had my own personal team! On a prior visit Gaby was also extremely helpful. They all went above and beyond for me, making this location feel unlike a chain and more like a personalized shopping experience!
Worst customer service for online purchases. My order got cancelled twice because it was not possible to receive a response from you prior the cancellation time of my order. Also, you send emails telling me I can answer to the same address but once the response is sent, I get an email pointing out the address don't receive mails. It so sad because I was trying to buy a pair of boots that was only available at Anthropologie. I will not try ever again to order from here because it only gives me frustration and frozen money amo... read more
Unique, middle-high end, Bohemian chic clothes for women. You'll find clothes here you won't find anywhere else, many made of luxurious fabrics. Must try on clothes because they come from a variety of boutique suppliers who size the clothes differently. Did notice this store needs to freshen up their dressing rooms. Other than that, the store interior design is outstanding and shopping is always an aesthetic treat.
