As a long time customer I wanted to take the time to show my continued appreciation for the staff at this location. Always friendly. Never suffocating, but willing to help when needed. The brunette woman helping in the dressing room last week was particularly helpful as staff always is. I found great prices i needed after a less than ideal experience with a different store I have drequented for many years.
Customer service at most Kenwood stores lately has been disappointing—but Ally C. at Anthropologie completely turned that around. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Her positive attitude reminded me that shopping in person can still be an enjoyable experience. Thanks to Ally, I’ll definitely be coming back!
