Awesome store!
I placed an order through the store last Thursday. Their policy is to ship orders within 24-48 hours. I contacted customer service on Saturday to ask why the order hadn’t shipped. They completely blew me off. I tried again Monday and now today and I keep getting blown off. The shipment is clearly lost and they need to replace it but keep telling me to wait 72 hours. Literally left all the security tags on my items… are we serious. I live 50 minutes away.
As a long time customer I wanted to take the time to show my continued appreciation for the staff at this location. Always friendly. Never suffocating, but willing to help when needed. The brunette woman helping in the dressing room last week was particularly helpful as staff always is. I found great prices i needed after a less than ideal experience with a different store I have drequented for many years.
