Emily was the most amazing consultant!! We went for a styling appointment as my daughter already had the dress. We were in need of accessories as well as a creative capelet to make the dress more suitable and modest for a portion of the wedding. I was concerned about how difficult this would be to find. The staff could use an attitude adjustment... If I found out one of my employees treated paying clientele at my business this poorly, I would fire them on the spot, in front of everyone. Was spoken down to by a rude staff member for asking a question. The woman quite literally looked down her nose at me as if she forgot she was an employee trying to make money for the company. Zero stars if I could. Very disrespectful. I grabbed a few white dresses to try on from the sales room, located clearly away from the wedding section and was told I couldn’t try them on because I didn’t have an “appointment”…. Looking back THREE employee's walking behind me…..after I told them the dresses are from the sales room in confusion they finally opened a fitting room with hesitation. I work in the wedding industry and I will never recommend this location.
The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Especially from the employee in the back near the dressing rooms, had darker skin complexion (ethnicity was Indian).
Store hours are shown on the window and Google that they are open until 8 online and on the window We arrived from 40 minutes away to make a simple exchange at 7:06 to find them locking the door and they would not let us in or offer anything beyond come back later. The exchange process was already started online and we have 7 days to complete it and have very few options to get that done as we are leaving town. Very dishonest and cost me and my family considerable time and effort
