I had a horrific experience at this Anthropologie location (Store #01408) on 3/23/25. I came in to return an item—my first and last purchase from this store—and was immediately met with racial prejudice. When I mentioned this was my first purchase, the sales associate sarcastically said, “Oh trust, I believe you.” She repeatedly misspelled my name, even after I gave her my ID, and then acted like she didn’t believe me when I said I never got an emailed receipt. I will not be returning to this store…
Anna Elizabeth was the absolute best when helping me find my wedding dress! She was so nice and so understanding of my situation and genuinely wanted to help me!! They had so many beautiful dresses I tried on and I found the one!! 10/10 experience
Not very welcoming to people of color. Here to attest to the previous mention of being racially profiled.
Was in the store yesterday. Purchased a jacket that was supposed to be on sale. However, once I got home (hour away from store) realized I was charged full price $148. Should have been $103. You know that ticks you off! However, never had this problem before.
I had an amazing experience with Nedda picking out my wedding dress! I found my dream dress and saved A LOT of money! Definitely recommend making an appointment.
