My first visit to an Anthropologie store - ABSOLUTELY loved it. The store is so well organized... staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I am in town for a business event, and stopped by for a blouse for my suit, it is perfect. The sales Associate (Cat M.) was SO thoughtful, she even steamed it for me so that it would be ready to go for me tomorrow and i didn't have to iron. Age discrimination and fat shaming are alive and well at this location. The "greeter" was exceptionally rude - I was shocked by their comments about my looks. This use to be my happy place to shop and by gifts - no more. I shared my experience w the manager - hopefully she will help this person find humility -
For a shopping-averse person like myself, Anthropologie is an anomaly – a place where I genuinely enjoy browsing. This location delivers on the brand's promise of an artful boho charm and elegance. The staff was pleasantly present, providing assistance when needed, though not invasive. All displays are beautifully arranged, well curated collection.
