Age discrimination and fat shaming are alive and well at this location. The "greeter" was exceptionally rude - I was shocked by their comments about my looks. This use to be my happy place to shop and by gifts - no more. I shared my experience w the manager - hopefully she will help this person find humility -
For a shopping-averse person like myself, Anthropologie is an anomaly – a place where I genuinely enjoy browsing. This location delivers on the brand's promise of an artful boho charm and elegance. The staff was pleasantly present, providing assistance when needed, though not invasive. All displays are beautifully arranged, well curated collection.
I can’t say enough great things about this store! I came in frantically needing a dress for an event that same day, and every single person who helped me was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist me. They were patient, attentive, and truly saved the day by helping me find the perfect dress in no time. The customer service here is exceptional, and I left feeling so grateful for their help. Thank you all so much!
