I’m not one to rate anything, but the experience I had at this store was disrespectful. It was only one girl that made it awful, but I presume she thought I was stealing. I was looking at necklaces and she rushed over to me to “hold it” until I was ready to buy. I understand it may just be policy, but she was then rude at the counter. A pity, she was so pretty. It made me not want to buy anything else when I was still looking.
The associates were both thoughtful and helpful during my visit today in spite of the crowds.
Sales persons are inattentive until you get to the dressing room. It was hard to find help. One salesperson avoided us when we were trying to ask a question. That reminds me, I need to check the last time I had my cooties shot. The clothing selection missed the mark this time. I appreciate honesty when trying something on. The lady said it looked great, my confidence was up as I walked up to my group. They laughed. I looked like a beach whale. #FreeWilly
