While I received the incorrect table top, Anthrodesk was speedy to respond and rectify the issue. Would purchase again from them in the future.
I'm giving 4 stars because the chair that I ordered is really great. The process was easy enough. The chair is really comfy and easy to set up and the printed instructions are very easy to follow. Its wide and the back rest is super great. The chair I bought is an open box which I was hesitant. However, after going thru it and setting it up, and now using it. Bought 2 desks and very happy with the product. A few months later I had misplaced my receipt and emailed support to see if they could resend it -- with 1 business hour I had my misplaced receipt in my inbox. Love the speady service!
I bought a standup desk from AnthroDesk back in 2021. Best office desk purchase I've ever had! 4 years later, the motor of my desk stopped working with the "up" button. The motor does not seem to engage when pressing up. I received my egofit walker pro M1 and I love it. I work in a hospital and found myself sitting more than I wanted to. Quiet, easy to use and at 1 mph I’ve been walking 2-8 miles a day. Totally the best purchase. The rest of the department is now looking into purchasing their own. Thanks!
