TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Just received a solid live edge walnut table top from them and came with an ugly dent. Very disappointed in my purchase and this company. They offered me $50 plus some sandpaper and a small vial of oil coating for my troubles. In my opinion it doesn't justify the damage. Not sure if it's poor quality or damaged during shipping, I even paid the extra for faster shipping. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I recently ordered a motorized stand/sit desk from AntroDesk and was pleased with all aspects of the transaction. There was a minor issue with my initial order, but support staff contacted me promptly by email to resolve it an offered me a free wireless mouse for my trouble. I'm giving 4 stars because the chair that I ordered is really great. The process was easy enough. The chair is really comfy and easy to set up and the printed instructions are very easy to follow. Its wide and the back rest is super great. The chair I bought is an open box which I was hesitant. However, after going thru it and setting it up, and now using it. Bought 2 desks and very happy with the product. A few months later I had misplaced my receipt and emailed support to see if they could resend it -- with 1 business hour I had my misplaced receipt in my inbox. Love the speady service!
