Very nice Wobble Chair and a real pleasure working with the Anthrodesk crew. Had an issue with the chair but they quickly assisted and showed Great customer service. Highly recommended.
A few weeks ago, I purchased the dual-motor electric base with the reclaimed elm tabletop. I absolutely love my new desk! It's quiet, easy to use and program, and beautiful. Customer service answered my questions quickly, and shipping was incredibly fast as well. An additional perk I wasn't expecting is that I no longer need to use a footrest because there's a setting that allows me to keep both feet flat on the floor while still maintaining an ergonomic position.
Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I reached out to see if AnthroDesk could help out with replacement parts for my RiseDesk as I was getting no response from RiseDesk. Jonny from the customer service team was very helpful in the process and I was able to buy a power source and controller that did in fact work for my RiseDesk. In addition, I purchased a Standing Desk from AnthroDesk to use a my office in addition to the desk I have at home. AnthroDesk was very easy to work with and very responsive.
I chose Anthrodesk for the quality and the fact that they are a Canadian company. It served me well four years later when I had a problem with my controller. I emailed them and they responded quickly with a procedure that solved my issue! Highly recommend choosing a responsive Canadian company for you bigger purchases.
