Would NEVER purchase anything from this company in the future. I bought an Egofit Walker Pro M1 from Anthrodesk, and when it developed an issue within the 1-year warranty period, both Egofit and Anthrodesk refused to provide support. Anthrodesk claims a limited 30-day seller warranty and states Egofit no longer provides them with warranty replacements or parts, despite still selling their products. I purchased the dual motor standing desk and reused my old ikea table top. It was a bit finicky to install but the customer support did clarify some additional steps and I have used it for a few months now with no issues. I would recommend, the price was clearance so I think I got a good deal.
The company I work for bought serval desks a few years ago and I have used the standing function frequently. Today it got jammed going down and I could not fix it so I emailed them and few emails they resolved the issue. Very happy with customer service.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Just received a solid live edge walnut table top from them and came with an ugly dent. Very disappointed in my purchase and this company. They offered me $50 plus some sandpaper and a small vial of oil coating for my troubles. In my opinion it doesn't justify the damage. Not sure if it's poor quality or damaged during shipping, I even paid the extra for faster shipping. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I recently ordered a motorized stand/sit desk from AntroDesk and was pleased with all aspects of the transaction. There was a minor issue with my initial order, but support staff contacted me promptly by email to resolve it an offered me a free wireless mouse for my trouble.
