Manny represented us as we sold our house without an agent. He took care of all of the paperwork and advised us on a couple of items when we weren’t sure what to do. On January 10th, 2024, I paid IN FULL for 3 Will/Probate documents at $150 each ($450 total). The check was cashed 2 days later. By the time I sent in my email detailing what I wanted done with my accounts and personal effects, it was July 2024. IT TOOK A YEAR to get a response from him. I called multiple times calling trying to get my documents finalized- they NEVER called me back.
