Had probably the worst experience win a business ever. Their errors in filing for me and my husband lead to IRS audits and we received no support during the process. The IRS rep told us they red flagged this specific office. Take your taxes some other place!!!!

FORMERLY THE BEST, NOW THE WORST! – I hated to give this firm even one star because they don't deserve it. Years ago I felt they were the best in the business but how they have changed. Mario is impossible to reach, no call backs, broken promises and all of this resulting in over $10,000 fines and penalties paid to the IRS. Even calling their office, IF someone answers, you think you have reached some back street bail bondsman in a third world country! THE WORST!
Steer clear and save some pain. – I was Audited by the IRS after lodging a return prepared by Anthony R Loya & Associates. When I received the IRS Audit notice I called Anthony R Loya & Associates and asked to speak to my Accountant ~ Cesar. He was busy so the receptionist asked me to fax all the Audit papers through and said they have an audit department and added that I would be contacted within the next 24 hours and not to worry. 24 hours!
