This business has been repeatedly leaving their trash cans sprawled across the public sidewalk for weeks at a time. This has made the public sidewalk hard to navigate for WHEELCHAIR USERS. Be considerate and put your massive trash bins away so abled folk as well as disabled folk can use the sidewalk!

Extremely disappointed in turnaround time. Dropped off taxes 2/27 and weren’t completed until 4/3. I was expecting my refund by April 15 and at this point I was just wondering if they would be filed on time. Was in communication multiple times and was told they were almost done on 2 separate occasions. Then I was told they were finally done on 4/3 by the accountant and that the office would call so I could pick them up. They have been awesome in doing my tax returns for the last 3 years. They have found deductions I have no clue were available. They are exceptional for those retired who still work part time or fulltime. They are always friendly and treat me as a client who is important even though I'm sure I'm just a small client.
