Hired them to do what seemed a relatively easy probate, the deceased didn’t leave a will so it went into intestacy, our family with no contention towards how anything would be distributed so we imagined it’d be relatively straightforward. I called to ask for ID certification on a probate case and was turned down flat. I think this is unfortunate and shows a total lack of regard for a simple but important service.
Overpriced, once they have your money they don’t get back to you and are incredibly unhelpful. Literally go anywhere else!
