would strongly urge anyone considering this firm to get a second opinion before moving forward. My father paid for an extremely lengthy trust document (over 100 pages), but it appears that the trust was never properly funded with assets. I am extremely disappointed with the way my father’s trust and estate planning were handled. A trust was created that had essentially no real assets placed into it, which defeats the entire purpose of having a trust in the first place. The document was never properly explained to the family, and it certainly was not read or clearly communicated so everyone understood what was happening.
