Do not come here for your taxes. We had our taxes done there for 3 years but last year had a friend who’s a CPA handle them. We decided to use Tony again and called to schedule an appointment. We were told they’d call back to see if they were willing to do our taxes this year. When I asked why they may not be able to I was told it’s their policy to not take back clients who didn’t use them every year. STAY AWAY, far away. Unless you like clowns. Extraordinarily unprofessional. I could share so much more. But I've already wasted too much time. Such a shame this business is under the CPA's name, because my first meeting was going well with him until some kid (presumably next in line family) sleuthed in sipping coffee and absolutely destroyed any hopes of keeping a review like mine off-line. Very unprofessional, this is my second year in business so doing my taxes really stresses me out because I don’t know what I’m doing when it comes to this… that’s usually why you go to a tax professional for help but that is not what you will get here. After being here for 5 minutes I was told to go back in the lobby to figure out what I’m doing because they’re too busy for me, even though I made an appointment. What am I paying for then? Don’t recommend.

Been a customer for years they made a mistake last year and I still made an appointment and they cancelled last minute saying they are too busy after first saying they need to give me an extension then telling me I still have an appointment tomorrow then calling again to tell me to find someone else because the 20 minutes it takes them wasn't possible. Poor customer service do not recommend this business for anyone.

He helped me on the phone with tax questions (not advice, just logistical info for filing from abroad) even after I told him I was going to have to file on my own. Not too many people do that.
