Cannot get this jerk to call us back and he keeping my elder in-law's tax documents hostage and has not filed their taxes. We left him multiple messages and has not returned a single phone call. They dropped by his office a few times and he is never there. They are scared and they are having a hard time replacing the documents. I don't know what authorities to report him to. If anyone reads that and knows how to report him, please write it here. We just want the documents back at this point.
