Very friendly and cozy
Ashton On The plaza is a cosmetically lovely facility. That’s about the only nice thing I can say about it. The care is lackadaisical, they don’t clean the rooms, they don’t change their sheets, they don’t do the laundry regularly, when they do the laundry they put it in a variety of ridiculous places as opposed to in the clearly labeled drawers. I rarely call the main number but every time I've done so, the person who answers is most concerned with pointing out to me that it's not her job to know where residents are. I just wanted to find out who was and how to get in touch with them. I'm usually fairly quickly called back by someone else on staff. afterwards.
Beautiful place, lots of amenities and great location by the streetcar and Plaza.
