We moved my mother into Skybrooke 30 days ago, the director told us on average it takes a new resident 30 days to adjust to the new surroundings, people, etc. My brother and I are absolutely amazed at the person our mother has become since moving in. Making friends, busy with activities all day (cooking classes, painting) and fantastic staff have transformed our Mom into a new person. We had the pleasure of meeting the executive team last night and they are truly special. The team of directors felt like a family that I’ve known forever. Their care for each other and the jobs that they do was quite evident in our short time together. If Skybrooke wasn’t on your list before, I hope that you add it to your list going forward so that you, too, can experience the magic that we did.
I come to Skybrooke from an outside agency to provide care for a resident. I am impressed by the kindness and warmth that I have witnessed and experienced during each and every visit. The wait staff are attentive; respectful and offer personal attention during each meal. There is always something to do during the day and a welcome that provides support and encouragement. It is a pleasure to enter the building each day because of the people who welcome with a smile and genuine concern for your wellbeing.
The Skybrooke team is an amazing group of professionals dedicated to the well being of the community and their families. It is a pleasure to collaborate with them .
