During this time he has experience exceptional service… the facility, director, Katie Lee, always goes above and beyond to make sure that her residents have everything they need. Katie keeps excellent line of communication with family members, keeping us up-to-date on any changes that are going on in the facility. This is an amazing facility. It's so warm and inviting. The staff is friendly and always there to help if you need anything at anytime. It just feels so warm and inviting from the second you walk in.
I have been entertaining the residents of Skybrooke at Simsbury regularly for the past several years. It's wonderful to interact with the residents through my music and story-telling - I love seeing their smiles when I play and sing their favorite songs. I've always observed a happy and positive vibe there among the residents and staff.
