StoryPoint of Northville is one of finest senior living facilities i've ever been to. As soon as you walk through the door you feel right at home. My experience with the staff has always been excellent. From the Executive Director to the maintenance team the professionalism is tangible. Most of my experience has been with the wellness team and I would most definetly feel great about having my parents live at StoryPoint of Northville. Incredible community! My siblings and I went through many places looking for the right place for our mother. After meeting with the management team and care staff, we felt there was no other place we would want our dear mother. Much like our mom this community is elegant and clean! It has been almost six months now and many of the other residents and staff have welcomed our mother and created great relationships with her. This Place Is Very Unprofessional And A Very Hostile Environment , I Witnessed The ED Verbally Abuse Staff Calling Them “Black Monkeys” , No Bed Rails In Rooms , The ED Don’t Know Her Own Residents , And Since Wellness Left StoryPoint Has Went Down Hill Damn Near Hell , Bathrooms And Bedrooms Are Disgusting , They Need A State Inspection For Whole Building , Please Check On This Place , And Neglecting Employees..
