Very pleasant atmosphere. Front desk personell always professional and welcoming.
I had dinner with a resident and the service was horrible. Someone took our order in ample time but the food took over 45 minutes to arrive. We had another resident join us later and it took us asking three different staff members to get his order. We all ordered a BLT. The staff needs to be attentive to everyone!
I visited The Barclay at Midlothian today and was incredibly impressed from the moment I walked in. The facility was spotless and beautifully maintained. The person at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and was both friendly and helpful, setting a welcoming tone right away. My mom works there, the building is very beautiful and always very clean. The parking lot needs a bit of work but other than that it’s a very nice place for assisted living!
