Beautiful facility but every extra in memory care
Nice building but care was terrible. Staff always changing.. Aids without proper training put in critical situations. Food was reasonable. Housekeeping did you a favor to clean the bathroom. New prescriptions often took days to be delivered and dispensed to the residents. Things got so bad I felt the need to stay overnight the last few months. My Father was at Storypoint for only 3 weeks before he passed away but while he was there he was treated so well by the staff. He required a lot of care and the aides were very kind and patient with him. The staff from the maintenance manager to the chef, aides, receptionist, and medical techs were wonderful. There were events for the residents to attend several times daily. The facility was beautiful and well maintained and decorated for the holidays.
