Iesha gave us an excellent and well organized tour. She was able to answer all questions without hesitation and gave the impression of being quite an expert and very positive for this community. She was able to assess all our concerns and responded appropriately. We couldn’t ask for a better guide. She was also very pleasant to deal with.
David Cullen The facility itself is impressive. It resembles an upscale boutique hotel with plenty of community lounge spaces and very friendly residents and staff. I have yet to meet an unfriendly staff member. Tiffany and the front staff are truly welcoming, helping and naturally friendly. The memory care unit is locked to prevent residents from wandering and to keep unauthorized persons from entry. Staff in memory care facility was very friendly.
I am a sitter with a lady that lives In the memory care unit. Highly recommend this place if you need your loved one to be placed in a facility and be taking care of. The staff there is kind, considerate and on top of things. I am so grateful to be part of this community and be around great people. They even let me bring my little dog with me every day to work And we do pet therapy with him and the residence every Friday outside and they really enjoy that.
