Water coming out of the tap is varying degrees of yellow, brown, green for more than 24 hours. No response from Epcor except, "There's construction in the area. It's sediment." 🤮 Terrible service!!
The Worst customer service EVER!! I have been lied to and called this company in Anthem 5 times and the person handling my issue, June, is NEVER available!! I am going to contact the corporate office in Glendale and also write a letter to the board of directors explaining how terrible their customer service is and how I’ve been lied to by being told someone will contact me concerning my issue! I will also contact my lawyer, if this issue persists on my future bill! Just TERRIBLE!!

They can't ever get their billing right, sometimes I think it's intentional and they are padding their wallets. Shady business practices.
