I called Anthem and spoke with Alby who reviewed our case. Even though we qualified for the service, Alby was very honest in his assessment of our case and informed us that even though they could help, it made more sense to pay off the debt to the IRS than to set up a payment plan that still incurs interest, which over time would not save us much money when you factor in Anthems fees. Absolutely terrible service. Extremely difficult to get ahold of and communicate with. Don’t bother ever having a crisis and needing them, lol, because they don’t care and just simply won’t respond. I’ve called and emailed my case worker THAT WAS PAID A FEW THOUSAND TO TAKE MY CASE, mind you, MULTIPLE times and he just doesn’t respond(Carlos).
