My mum has severe dementia and a room came up at Anthem. This place is horrid. My mum had to walk down a hallway for her bathroom. Any idiot would know that someone with severe alzheimers is unable to remember where their bathroom is!!! The admin staff rarely answer the phone and don’t reply to emails. The meals are horrid. Apparently Chicken Schnitzel comprises or 2 chicken nuggets!!!!!! We took mum home after two days. She hadn’t been showered, her handbag was missing which was found in someone else’s room.
