Hard to reach dispatch services. My daughter rides the bus to and from school everyday. The dispatch service is hard to reach and the busses are always late picking up the students. Today is the 3rd time I have had to keep my daughter home from school due to their buses being EXTREMELY LATE. AVSTA needs to step up in terms of consistency! Kimberly the supervisor is very rude and very unprofessional at her job don’t know how to talk to her student(s) parents. When all I was trying to do was get information about pick up and drop off . She had hanged up in my face and came with some baby excitation why she couldn’t help me . Palmdale school, transportation buses are more professional than Lancaster

Update. Transportation is telling me to call smart tag, no answer or call back from them. I email them and weeks later her a respond. Reply to email and weeks go by with we tried to call them but no one answered so you need to call them. If my child catches the late bus its fine but not with his morning or after school bus. This Bus Transportation to pick up special needs children unprofessional always like picking up students two and from school pouring down rain knowing students are waiting to get home. It was not a fight at the bus will be 40 minutes late. No wonder this company has such a low rating
