This is the best massage I’ve ever had! I’ve been suffering from lower back and shoulder pain due to heavy work, but her massage skills are truly amazing. After just one hour, my back felt refreshed and full of energy again. I’m so grateful for her wonderful massage and care. I will definitely come back! went for massage last week , had appointment at 9.30 for 90 mins massage .thinking of good relaxing massage but not relaxing at all . Room was clean and hot , the massage lady was very rough like trying to get the job done , despite telling her medium pressure she didn't pay attention . keep leaving the room for 2-3 at at time leaving the door open all the time and talking to someone . music had adds in between . comments that you're so tight . i called them to confirm tye price she said come over we give you discount but when we got there they change the price guving the excuses
After reading these reviews I very reluctantly decided to call to book a appointment with Ruby since everyone speaks highly of her and because it’s right down the street from where I live but I can’t get anyone to answer the phone so I can get a appointment. This is not a good start to gain new customers!
I just left from a 60 min massage. The actual time was 52 mins. She answered the phone twice while in the room with me. Left the door ajar during the whole massage while I was laying there with no clothes on. Then, at the end "cash or card?". I said card. She said " oh hunny, next time cash. What tip you want to leave?" I said I'll give you a cash tip. Still handed her a $10 after not receiving great service. She said "hunny, next time you tip $20."
