We purchased our bikes last May. Most everything went very well. The only problem was that the wrong bike was ordered for me. I wanted the over the top bike, but got the pass through bike. She argued with me that I had ordered the pass through Basalt. I knew I hadn't, so she pulled up on the computer, and I was correct. She just ordered the wrong bike. We recently bought 2 Mokwheel Scoria e-bikes from the Kaysville location. Great selection to choose from. Built well! 60-80 mile battery range, perf for our needs perfectly. Great accessory packages.
