Your 13 x 6.50 x 6 tire made for Dixie Chopper is 1" shorter than Dixies OEM. Why? What if a customer wanted to run one of yours as a spare? You would be half inch lower on one side of your mower. Found out the changes were approved by Dixie Chopper not Antego tire. You would think these are Chinese knockoffs wheels but they are made in Georgia. Guess some little engineer said I know how we can save some money. We will make these wheels smaller. Smaller wheels make it ride rougher also. Cut corners and lose customers.

I opened the box and checked all the bearings, one is very hard to turn unlike the other three. I have been trying to contact them for a week and they don't respond. I have sent multiple emails, emailed their website, called them and left phone messages for them and have not heard a word from them. I've asked if they would send me a replacement bearing or if I would have to return the tire/wheel assembly. They have a warranty that appears would be useless because they won't respond to you. I chose to buy from this company because they are a US company and not in China. I chose an item from their website and went to checkout. It asked what method of payment I wanted to use and after I selected, they immediately submitted the payment. They did not give me the opportunity to review or make any changes. The method of payment has the wrong address and now my order is being shipped to the wrong address.
