This is a worthless service. They sound like robots. By the time they ask the spelling of peoples names, keep asking for the email address and wasting time, our potential customers hang up. We had a problem with spam calls and they suggested a recording to weed out junk. That was a fail because people don’t want a recording. We use Answerfirst for our oncall service and it has helped us tremendously with fielding calls and ultimately saving my techs time and saving us money as well. Danielle & Allison have taken care of us and are always so helpful and have made the transition a breeze! I really appreciate the customer service and the ease of everything with Answer first!
