Finally, and I mean FINALLY an inbound call center who does what they say they will do, and does it excellently. Danielle and Robert have been incredible helping me with my campaigns, and ensuring everything is flowing smoothly. I highly recommend giving them a shot for your call inbound call needs.
This has honestly been a very rough experience thus far. We are a couple of months in and I don't think they've successfully answered a single call yet, and I am scared every time I know a call is pushing through to them. Every call they have answered where a customer has tried to book has resulted in a customer complaint. I had some packages mistakenly delivered to them and there were sooo helpful in helping me resolve it they didn’t have to but I am very greatful they are are very kind and helped me get my packages I really appreciate the help and apologize for the inconvenience but they didn’t have to but they did very good service
