I cannot recommend Answer First answering service highly enough. From day one, the setup process was incredibly smooth, thanks in large part to Danielle Howley. She was an great to work with and checked in with me frequently to ensure everything was configured perfectly. Recently signed up with AnswerFirst and couldn't be happier! We've also received nothing but positive feedback from our clients. We also contacted support for the first time and our request was completed within a half-an-hour of creating the ticket.

Extremely disappointed. After assuring me that they could pre-qualify callers, they decided that they really couldn't do that and re-wrote the scripts in such a way that I might as well use AI or even a simple voice activated call routing system. They declined even the simplest request: I wanted them to add callbacks to the first available time slot on my schedule -- NOT to schedule the callback time with the client, just to put the message on MY calendar so I would have time carved out to return the call. These guys are the best. They setup the perfect prompts, and this has resulted in our clients feeling much better about our company, no matter who picks up the phone.
