I just purchased 3 sets of belts (straps and buckle). After an hour, I received a call from the company because I was overcharged on shipping due to an error on my part. It turns out it was the owner. With that type of service and attention to detail, I have no doubt in the company. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Anson for saving me over $50, especially since I would never of caught it and you could have kept it. Amazing.
There are just so many positive reviews about Anson Belts that I could hardly believe the poor quality when I received mine. The buckles are cheaply constructed, and the ratcheting mechanism tightens at the lightest touch that I imagine will tighten all on its own. If I only had a single Anson belt to observe, I might think this was a fluke. But, I ordered four different belts and buckles, and they were each equally poor in quality. A truly awesome company to deal with - wonderful customer service and great products!
I made my first purchase from Anson Belt & Buckle and everything was perfect...no complaints with processing and shipping times. After a few weeks, I decided I wanted an additional buckle; but when I started to place my order, the shipping was $8.95. which I thought was ridiculous for a 2 oz. buckle. To my surprise, Kenny Waller emailed and said he could knock off $3.95 of the shipping cost - which made the shipping cost a bit easier to swallow. A $200 order purchased on October 19th has not yet arrived on Dec 5th and the package is clearly lost, but they refuse to refund me and offer zero support through their customer service, everything looks normal for them. Avoid at all costs.
