would not recommend this firm if you are trying to apply for an administrative review for an EBT violation. They did not provide the support or guidance I expected. After charging their fees, there was little to no communication, and my application was eventually rejected. I was not informed about what went wrong, nor did anyone follow up to explain the outcome or offer further assistance. Overall, I found their service unhelpful and disappointing.
