The person behind the desk doesn’t even acknowledge you when he walked through the door just simply sit down and they’ll acknowledge you at their convenience. They are unknowingly rude. Went and did my livescan at a different facility was in and out. I do not recommend this place for livescan.
Went in for a walk-in livescan service, quick and professional after a short wait.
I had a very pleasant experience here it was in and out within 15 minutes.
I did a walk in for a live scan on a Friday morning and I was done in 20 minutes. The process was smooth and easy.
Had an appt at 8am for livescan, was greeted immediately and out the door by 8:13. Wanted to review given there were only negative reviews here. Sounds like you just need to show up when you have an appt!
