I’ve been getting my taxes filed with them for years as well as my whole family. Every single time I call I get greeted by a lady who sits at the front desk. She is unprofessional, rude and every time i ask her for anything she continues to either yell, be disrespectful or speak over me. Its say open on google . Went there and its wednesday. Nobody there no signs. No voicemail setup. One star for not updating your google account.
