The original accountant has retired and this is a whole new batch of people who are very unprofessional. They don't let you finish when you're speaking they just cut you off in anticipation of what you're going to say before letting you finish what it is that you're seeing. They also will hang up on you and then refuse to take your calls. I had to use them for the past 7 years with no issues but with this new change in owners or management has gone completely downhill. Poor communication. Completely different people then the past 10 years. Wasted my time. I would not trust! False representation!
I’ve been getting my taxes filed with them for years as well as my whole family. Every single time I call I get greeted by a lady who sits at the front desk. She is unprofessional, rude and every time i ask her for anything she continues to either yell, be disrespectful or speak over me. She needs to get fired immediately because not only is she rude and unprofessional, she also has no manners or sense of customer service.
