I went there last week to do my return. The process was fast, efficient and professional. No issues or complaints. Will recommend to try the walk in service rather than on the phone to do the return.
Very professional and experienced tax specialist. She completed my taxes quickly and with great attention to detail.
The original accountant has retired and this is a whole new batch of people who are very unprofessional. They don't let you finish when you're speaking they just cut you off in anticipation of what you're going to say before letting you finish what it is that you're seeing. They also will hang up on you and then refuse to take your calls. I had to use them for the past 7 years with no issues but with this new change in owners or management has gone completely downhill.
