I placed a huge order for my girlfriend for a Christmas presents. One of the limited edition pod pack was showing as oit of stock and they wouldn't be getting more in. Adrian took his time to go double check on the item and managed to find one. Now my girlfriend can play with all her new gear in her favorite color!! All thanks to Adrian!!!

Horrible customer service and zero accountability. I ordered over $100 worth of gear from ANSgear, and FedEx marked it as “delivered” — but it was clearly dropped off at the wrong address. I provided photographic proof that the delivery photo does not match my front door — different doormat, different entrance entirely. ANSgear refused to take responsibility.
