I've been requesting ANR Transportation thru my health insurance for many years and I really only ever want ANR. They are reliable and most drivers are friendly and respectful. For me at this point in my life it's important that I have rides to my medical appointments that are dependable and I get that with ANR. I am under such stress now with my health and really don't need the added stress if I am going to make it to my appointments on time. ANR relieves me of that unnecessary stress.

Poor time scheduling. Driver Matt was very rude and yelled at me. I’ve had a horrible experience with this company all the way around.

My driver told me he was my return but had a couple places to go before he picked me back up; places that were far away. Dismayed, I told him I'll have to figure something out because I had to be home to get my daughter off the bus. To my surprise I came outside and there was already a ride there for me! He had gotten me a different driver so I'd be home to get my kid off the bus. I didn't get his name but whoever it was that picked me up today, thank you

Besides arguing with the government about my get rich quick ideas for butler county transport, suspended my benifts i will use anr again, great way to get blood pressure checked at benbrook . Waiting to sign up for matp and public rides to college and etc too need that form again.

Drivers are nice but I don't know why when I call to schedule to make a appointment one of them cancells when I make two at once it cancels????
