I have a customer that has been waiting on his product for 3 days and still hasn’t received it. They give awful service and they don’t communicate and give you updates. They are ridiculous and should go out of business
Great people to work for they always make your feel welcome everytime you come into the office. The equipment was very well maintained as well.
As the only female driver in the fleet, I would like to see several more women driving for ANR. Miles are really decent, in spite of the tough economy. We need more - more drivers, more dispatchers, more support staff. We've got a terrific Shop, new equipment, and great pay. Like any smaller trucking company, we have growing pains. Most of our outside brokers are pretty good to work with. Some could definitely improve their attention to drivers' HOS.
