Ordered and paid for a first order kit in July 2016 promised delivery by November 2016 after false promises and dates moved due to various excuses still waiting for my kit. They have now even stopped replying to messages via email. I hope Disney who have backed them for the star wars merchandise are aware of thus poor service. I would recommend people to look elsewhere

DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY! This place is a scam Its been over a year and I still have not received my order and if you can contact them you get no help what so ever. The products they sell online are to good to be true. You will have better luck buying on things on ebay. Again don't give them any money.

If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. These people are cheats, they consciously take peoples money without intent to deliver products, especially if the orders are above a certain dollar amount. Do not got to anovos.com and order their products. You'll lose your money and never hear from them again.

I ordered a Star Wars X Wing Helmet in April of 2018. They never delivered on my order and I requested a refund in October of 2020. They have not replied nor have they processed my refund. This company is crooked and WILL steal your money. I do not recommend buying from this establishment. The location shows as closed but they are still taking online orders and not fulfilling them. There are multiple lawsuits against them for non delivery of items so please don’t fall into their trap.

Pre purchased some products in 2016, have never received any thing. No correspondence, no "hey we are sorry, here is your money", nothing. Would recommend everyone to steer clear.
