Brought in the Vivid Ultimate for warranty, they sent it to SRAM right away, took a while to get it back but that’s nothing to do with ABS. They sent me back a brand new shock, Dylan and Julia were very helpful in getting updates and making sure everything was good before I picked up. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend ABS to anyone. Thanks!

Friendly, professional staff who specialize in mountain biking. Whether its my e-bike or my acoustic, they have all the stuff you need/want, and the service department is excellent too.
