This was my first time trying Pilates and I really enjoyed it! Erica was super patient and made me feel comfortable right away. The space had a really calm, intimate vibe, which I loved. I was pretty nervous going in, but everyone was so welcoming and encouraging that I was able to relax and stay focused. Definitely looking forward to going back on Thursday!
I have never done Pilates. My first class was 01/2026-. I started with once a week. I actually have increased to twice a week. Erica is an amazing instructor. So my advice- try a class.
Thanks Erica for an awesome massage. I feel lighter, my stress level is down, and my muscles have loosened up after that infrared sauna experience. I’m over here dancing!!
