If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Ann’s Tailoring in London, Ontario was a masterclass in how not to run a business. I brought in a simple alteration expecting basic professionalism, what I got instead was a surprise bill that felt like it was pulled out of thin air. Przyjemna i fachowa obsluga
The pros here are very very good. I've had 2 issues with broken zippers on jackets and it was fixed back to new for a reasonable price, and my wife has had a half dozen alterations done here which she has been very happy with. We will continue to come here.
Brought my new camel overcoat to get hemmed. Ann suggested instead of doing it at the sleeves and affecting the buttons, to do it at the shoulders. It looks amazing and fits perfectly. I think people generally think that kind of stuff would be expensive. It's not and I will be doing regularly with new items. Nothing like a good fit. Thanks Ann and Dorota!
they practically made my dress into their own creation for my graduation - i have vetted to them years later to this day for their incredible work in just two weeks time!!!!
