Rude and unprofessional
This place is the go to for Fort Sill personnel whp need alterations for gear and uniforms. The staff are friendly and the finished products are to standard with a quick turn around, but the dogs are kinda weird. They free roam around the place and can be mistaken for a small rug if you're not paying attention. The shop could use a sweep/mop but my uniforms come back with out pet hair on them. Overall, I'll keep coming back but most could be turned around for the pets roaming around.
I’ve used them for surplus and sewing a few times and have never had any issues until my last visit. I dropped off a set of curtains, was told to pick them up a week later. I show up to get them only to find out they’re not ready, I’m then shown a hidden paper that says all pickups are based on a 4pm or after timeline. If you tell me it’s ready on a day you set then it should be ready at any time of that day.
