Very rude to their customers and when I had to go somewhere else with my taxes they didn't want to give them back to me. So I went up there and got my tax papers back then went to h&r block and got 600$ more back in taxes then I would of I went through them. I don't like making bad reviews on places but sadly they disappointed me!!
Don't recommend. Staff is not friendly, building reeks of smoke and while filing taxes this year, found out they did not send off and file my taxes when I used them last year!
Seems thorough and diligent. Will probably use again.
