Very disappointed in this store. I place an online order to pick up. I was never told that once called, I had to come right away to get the item. The next day I got an email that the item was picked up. I called the store to find out what happened. A lady in the background stated she marked it as picked up so I’d call the store and be told to come get it. Instead of doing a courtesy call to pick up item, she made me think my purchase was taken by someone. She was very unprofessional and rude.
I had an interview here and the manager never showed for my interview. I constantly texted to see if everything was ok. Called the store. When she replied she asked for my name again when I told her she didn’t reply again. feel like I was discriminated against.
