Dishonest. Will send you what they got regardless of what you ordered. Very inconvenient, and you're expected to pay for the return label.
Decided to give annies a try for the first time with a small order. Ordered a couple strands that looked exceptional and looked forward to getting them. Over 2 weeks went by and I realized that I hadn't gotten the order and actually got zero communication besides order confirmation.
