I ordered 4 stands of beads, they sent me an email saying 2 of the stands were out of stock and asked me if I would like to choose another- I responded asking if they knew when/if they'd be restocked. Next day I got an email saying my order shipped. When the order got here to my surprise they just went ahead & shipped me beads I didn't order & now won't return my emails (it's been weeks). Total disappointment.
I just received my order and bought on etsy Store, those are better than my expectation, very good quality, fast shipping, easy communication, and good customer service! I will try to go in their Store to see more beads!
Edited: 8/29/2024 This company did a great job with great customer service! They were not aware that they had gotten a bad batch of beads from their supplier and they were grateful that I brought the issue to their attention. They gave me a full refund of all of the would beads I ordered and I did not have to have the hassle of returning them. This place is amazing! I get to meet miss Annie, she is an amazing person with a very kind heart. I love her, me and my husband get to talk to her and we wnjoyed our conversation. All the gems are pretty! My gosh its a lot of different gemstones. All crytals beads is so pretty… The price is very affordable. My first and 2nd visit in this place is incredible.
