Silas Tolles was our lender and he communicated with us throughout the process, made sure we knew what we needed to complete and that we knew what was happening from AnnieMac during the process. As we got closer to our closing date, AnnieMac communicated with us frequently and made sure that everything went smoothly! Highly recommend.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had I’m a veteran who purchased my house on a VA loan and specifically put taxes and insurance in my escrow they haven’t paid the insurance company in five months and the insurance company is pulling from my account. They have committed a breach in contract saying insurance was never escrowed even though it’s in the contract this literally has been a nightmare never use this Morgage company they do not care about there customers.
