I purchased the blue round bag in 2022. I love this bag and get compliments on it all the time. It's well worn by this point but I use it everyday. I love it!!
Wow! J'ai rapporté à la boutique d'Annick Lévesque, mon sac à main qui avait besoin d'une petite réparation, après plusieurs années d'utilisation quotidienne (intensive!), et j'ai eu droit au meilleur service client qu'on puisse espérer! Mon sac m'a été livré à la maison, réparé et remis en beauté, sans frais! Des artisans comme ça, c'est rare et très précieux! Annick, merci mille fois pour votre excellent travail. Je souhaite à tous de vous découvrir. :)
Edit: Since posting this review, I have been contacted by the owner of the company and am pleased to report that she is willing to replace my bag with a plain leather version. I look forward to receiving it and will now, n light of this new development, certainly consider further purchases. I purchased a Mona bag in patent leather in November of 2023. In January of 2024, a mere three months later, I wrote to the company reporting my disappointment that the handles were disintegrating before my eyes. Not only was my complaint... read more
