Annette helped me get through the impossible. I felt hopeless and didn't think I could get out of the situation I was in. She protected me from day one. Most importantly....she believed me. I was heard! Worth every penny...I'm getting my life back!! Thank you for going to war for me.
Annette was so persistent and dedicated in my child custody case. She was highly recommended by my previous attorney. She was able to get the results that my kids and I had been hoping for and truly needed. I am so overly grateful for her support and patience! She repeatedly gave me great advice and she was able to get results through tirelessly communicating with opposing counsel and presenting effectively to the judge.
I can only speak to her as a mediator not as an attorney. She did not stay neutral, she was guiding my ex and giving him advice. He was the one that stopped paying child support, he was the one took me to court, he was the one that decided to not get an attorney but yet she felt it was her duty to advise him. He and I were ready to put everything on the record until she decided to not do her job as a mediator and not remain impartial. I would not recommend her.
An unexpected custody issue arose 5 years after my divorce. My divorce attorney was on leave and recommended Annette. Annette and Sam were fantastic to deal with and were able to step in on short notice to help resolve the issue successfully. I am thrilled with how everything turned out and couldn't be more enthusiastic about recommending Annette Benson Law.
