Dreadful! Gossips to much in office meetings about other people's cases to myself while trying to discuss my own case. I paid for a service to help me, I don't need to hear about other people's cases (no names given to me, just the details) and for Kate to laugh about these. No help at all after paying her over $2,000 and for her to quit after being asked for a breakdown of the costs she is charging myself.
