Annecto is one of the worst service provider for My Aged Care clients. Since more than 6 weeks I have outlaid about $400 for health care items from my Old Age Pension. The company is unable to pay this amount back on time. I am waiting and waiting and any calls are useless. In hindsight, I regret that I have signed up to this company here at the ACT branch. My countless emails and telephone request to get reimbursed for the outlaid money is fallen on deaf ears. Be careful with whom you sign up and where you spend your money ... read more
