Very helpful essential service for Victorians in need of assistance.
Management need to practice what they preach. Some staff are not very nice toward new employees which makes it hard to learn and feel welcome, especially when Management don't care about the bulling and also join in on speaking bad about you out loud when you leave the room but you can hear the horrible things they are saying about you from the tea room. I give the one star to the client's who all appeared to be very friendly and helpful.
