Horrible service, unable to provide good regular support service. Regular cancellations with no replacement and frequent changes with no notice provided. The support workers they provide come with the assumption they are doing clients a favour. They are paid rates in line with the market but most of them don't even wipe a surface clean - they come with the assumption that it is free to the client so just accept anything they dish out. Absolutely hopeless with their gardening service for the elderly. Can't get their act together to book it once a month. It's getting really frustrating dealing with them. How hard can it be? Zero organisational skills
